Inside Sales Manager
This role plays a key part in keeping our sales operations running smoothly. By supporting the team with day-to-day coordination, handling customer inquiries, and managing essential documents like quotes and contracts, you help create a seamless experience for both our customers and our internal teams. Your work ensures that sales can focus on what they do best – building relationships and driving growth – while everything behind the scenes stays organized and on track.
Your Responsibilities:
Preparation of sales meetings with existing and potential customers
Assistance in the preparation of customer visits, trade shows, and customer events
Handling of customer inquiries, including coordination with internal departments and external partners
Administrative sales support incl. document management, offer preparation, order confirmations, T&Cs, SOWs, NDAs, invoicing, and service agreements
Support in drafting customer contracts by reviewing contracts and coordinating internally, followed by ongoing communication with the customer (preparation of term sheets, development of decision-making foundations)
Maintenance of customer portals serving as the first point of contact for departments such as logistics and accounting
Completion of customer questionnaires by coordinating the response to customer questionnaires across involved IMS departments and timely submission of completed questionnaires to the customer
Further improve internal sales processes: Coordinating product and service specifications with internal teams and suppliers, followed by continuous communication with the customer
Preparation of management presentations and reports
Your Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Mechanical Design), or in Business Administration with a strong technical focus
Minimum 5+ years as sales operations or related role
Proven experience in independently managing the full sales cycle
Strong expertise in using CRM systems and sales tools, with a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate customer data, manage sales forecasts, and analyze performance metrics to drive business growth
Proven track record in supporting complex B2B sales processes
Background in contract negotiation and legal documentation, including drafting NDAs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and service agreements
Technical interest in our unique product
