Field Service Engineer (Integration Engineer) Taiwan
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in tool installation, maintenance, and tool upgrades within our systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in guaranteeing the seamless integration and optimal performance of our semiconductor manufacturing tools.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless integration of new tools into the production fleet.
Conduct planned and regular maintenance to ensure tools operate at peak efficiency and reliability.
Implement tool upgrades to enhance performance and support new product developments.
Utilize basic project management skills to organize schedules, prepare Gantt charts, and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Take the technical on-site lead depending on assignments, overseeing the project, and ensuring successful completion in line with objectives.
Follow SOPs and proactively contribute to their improvement whenever necessary to enhance efficiency and safety.
Your Qualification:
Master´s degree in mechanical, electrical, physics, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical systems or machinery, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Semiconductor experience is a plus
Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in tool installation, maintenance, and upgrades
Basic understanding of project management principles and tools, including Gantt charts
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Flexibility to work in afternoon shifts, weekends, and travel within Taiwan as required by project schedules
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with a ticket system like Jira is a plus.
